Emlak Sanatı is a company that is true to its name Bağlıca . The owner of the company, I am Deniz (Fahrettin Köseoğlu) born in Gümüşhane and I am a father of 3 children. After actively serving in the Tourism Sector for 25 years, we rolled up our sleeves to do Real Estate Consultancy. I have also been a Poet and Writer for over 30 years. I have a published poetry book and a story book prepared for publication. I also write articles and texts on Literature and Art in various local publications. For this reason, we named our name Art and set out with the motto of trade with the taste of Art. Our dream of being an alternative Real Estate Consultancy office and this ambitious name that we signed under obliges us to be highly responsible to our valued customers. We know the value of every penny saved and the expectations of our customers.
